If you are talking about buying online via paypal, I am not really sure because I have never made any payment with Paypal. I made most of my online purchases with debit card via other payment gateway. But I have my own Paypal account. They can probably do something that you have never thought about that. Those hackers can always hack something in different manners, sometimes it's quite difficult to "judge" their power of "hacking". You will always get shocked by their professions. LOL!
