Paypal And ClickBank Solution For Malaysian
Posted by Su Sheng Loong on 12 May 2008 at 09:31 am | Tagged as: Internet Business
There are several online payment gateway that allows people to pay immediately with credit card or otherwise to make purchases on the Internet. For instance, Paypal, ClickBank, 2CheckOut and WorldPay. These four online payment gateways are the most popular among the Internet marketers. Before this year, Malaysians are not allowed to register for Clickbank account. Fortunately, Clickbank has just opened its door for Malaysians. If you wish to make money online by doing affiliate program or you need a third party credit card merchant, you better sign up for Clickbank now at here.
One of my readers, Faisal asked me a question about how Paypal works and its detail. I realize that many Malaysians still do not have a Paypal account. So, I will be sharing two ebooks here with my readers. These two ebooks will explain to you what Paypal is and how Malaysian can register and withdraw money from Paypal.
You may download the two ebooks here.
(Right click and choose “Save Target As”)
There are several methods to register and withdraw money from Paypal. My recommendation is you sign up for a Public Bank Debit Card and follow the instruction shown in the ebooks. It really works because I have tried it!

Beware of Identity Theft…
In what sense do we have to be aware of identity theft? Could you please elaborate more about it? I am very concerned about the online security issue as well.
I was reading a news about a lady in US, her identity was stolen. I never thought this really happen, coz the last time i saw this was on movies…
but this is real case, n the worst thing is, once the crook has stolen ur personal data, they can really do anything… they order stuff using ur name, n then ur MONEY, open account using ur NAME oso…
this lady kena teruk, got bank phone her to confirm whether she wana to withdraw so much money, she was shock, she closed down the accounts, open new one, but since the crook got her info, they found her new accounts, continue to withdraw money, even open new credit card accounts, so she terpaksa pay for thing she din buy.. banks, police cant do anything coz the accounts, purchase were all made using her details which were genuine… so they cant block the person… so the lady was paying for everything the crook buy n spent…
so, must be careful when filling up anything online, coz normally u fill in a lot of personal data… last time i use myspace, i kena b4, haha.. my fren say i log in so often, n send messages, but i din use the stupid myspace.. sometimes it can be a bug on the website.. for example, when u open a website, but actually its just a ‘cover’ on top of the real website, meaning u fill up everything, then.. u noticed registration failure.. then u need to fill second time.. the 1st time u filled the fake website that looks like the real one, after collecting ur info, they send u to the real website where u register… very complex issue.. my friend told me de.. really got such technologies…
PS: TAR student dies… snatch thieves, sad sad… u becareful ba.. happen to TAR students a lot… http://infoyouthdotcom.blogspot.com
Once your account is hacked, everything will be gone. Nowadays hackers are really terrfic at stealing information. If the hackers use your account to make purchase, you can actually terminate your account without having to pay anything. The bank will assist you to fight against the hackers.
There are tons of hacking methods on the Internet. Teddy has provided a real case study here. Hopefully everyone will not fall into their traps again.
I will be more careful and aware of the snatch thieves. However, not only at TAR College, students at other colleges or schools also have to be alert and pay attention to this issue. Our country is no longer safe for everyone.
Hi Su Sheng Loong
I found you through Alvin’s blog, where I answered your question
Where in Clickbank did you find to make a referral link for new subscribers?
Thanks!
This is cool. I have downloaded both files and will see it later. Thanks for the explanation. Btw, regarding internet theft and paypal… I didn’t use credit cards details at all when I registered on paypal. That mean… I don’t buy anything instead of getting paid. No risk right?
P/s: Your blog is getting more interesting and I’ve subscribed your blog with RSS feed :O)
from her case, actually it wasnt so easy as in closing the account down…
she noticed money going out so often, so she closed n open a new account, but since the crook has her info, the crook easily located the new accounts n withdraw the money…
the bank can easily close the acc as u said, but problem is, they cant stop the crook from finding ur new accounts or applying for new credit cards… becoz the bank think the crook is u..
u wil only kno the crook bought a lot of stuff at the end of the month when u get the credit card bills rite.. n u cancel the cards, but then, the crook run wif the stuff liao lor…
thats y the lady was in so deep shit for months… paying for things she didnt buy…
I don’t have a paypal account. xD
Planning to get one next year though!
I got one… just I didn’t put any credit cards tho. Managed to register. I just want an account for blog payment purpose :O)
Linky Love: Thanks for visiting my blog. Regarding this matter, you can visithttp://www.clickbank.com/referral_program_faq.html . To get your clickbank referral link, simply refer to the question number 3 on that page and follow the instruction.
Faisal: In fact, registering for a Paypal account does not require you to give your credit card information. However, if you wish to start paying or accepting money via Paypal, it is a must to submit your credit card or debit card information. You can find out more in the ebooks.
Teddy: I don’t really know about how to prevent credit card or bank account from being hacked. There is one thing I know because I am using a debit card. Every month the bank will send you a debit card statement which shows all your transaction. You can also check the statement on the Internet. If you find any transaction that is not done under your permission, you can contact the bank and request for cancellation of that particular transaction. The case you mentioned is different as all her private information have been stolen. Thanks Teddy anyway and I will be more aware of it.
Ezra: I think registeration of Paypal account is easier in Singapore.
Sheng Loong, thanks for visiting my new blog :). Anyway, my blog is still under construction. Hopefully I can get it done as soon as possible.
Just as a reminder, don’t forget we will have another meeting on Thursday.
See ya! Gambatte !

Zachary Teng Dot Com.
You are welcome. I knew it. It is new after all.
Could you please drive me from college to the office on Thursday?
You too!
Ah, must give credit card detail which sadly I don’t use any. Bad nightmare as it was…
Neither am I using a credit card as I am not even qualified for registering a credit card. But you can try registering a debit card by referring to the ebook. Debit card is good as you can only spend how much you put into the account. At least you have got a limit to stop you from spending beyond that.
Shengloong,
which bank got debit card ah?
feel like checking that out.. hehee
I am using Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card. Please take note that not every debit card works with Paypal. I just followed the instruction given in the ebook and got my debit card successfully. But I registered at the Public Bank instead of sending the registration letter to them as the bank is nearby my current house.
public bank’s reputation is rather nice hor.. dont have much controversies or problems…
I really have no problem with Public Bank. Their service is quite good. The only thing that irritates me is Public Bank takes two weeks to process the debit card registration. At that time, I was in need for a debit card but Public Bank wanted me to wait for two weeks!
Lol. Controversies like demonstration by their own staff? Public Bank always got low interest rate for all kind of loans. I wonder why is that?
