Hi, everyone! This is Su Sheng Loong and welcome to my personal blog at Su Sheng Loong Dot Com!

You might have visited my old personal blog at shengloong@blogspot.com. You could be wondering why I started another blog after writing at that blog for several years. Well, I would like to say, I like blogging and sometimes get very addicted to it. The reason why I started a new blog at here is because I always wish to have a blog hosted on my own domain name and web host. It is cool to have your own name as the address of your blog. Besides, I am using a different blogging software which is Wordpress.org. It is more sophisticated and advanced compared to blogger.com.
I always want to become a great entrepreneur and also achieve financial freedom. Therefore, besides writing about my life, I will also write more a lot on entrepreneurship and financial freedom. I will use this blog as a platform to share my experience with my readers.
Finally, I hope you will like my blog and always come back here. I promise to keep updating my blog frequently so that you will enjoy reading new post everyday or every few days.

to have a personal domain on wordpress means u need to pay USD15 per annum ah?!

Actually wordpress has two version of blogs, which are wordpress.com and wordpress.org. In fact, both of them are free blogging software. The difference is that wordpress.com allows you to host your blog on their web server and subdomain, for example yourblog.wordpress.com. So wordpress.com is more like a blogger.com blog. However, wordpress.org which I am using now requires you to host your blog on your own domain name and web host. Domain name is quite cheap as I bought it at USD10 per annum. The web server that I chose was just a normal shared web host which costs me RM190 per year.
The reason why I did not chose the free wordpress.com is because it does not allow you to display advertisement like Google Adsense and Nuffnang ads. Whereas blogger.com blog does not really give you much technical control over your blog.
Teddy, do you wish to learn how to blog on your own domain name? You can do it on your blogger.com blog as well. But I am afraid that it might spoil your current google pagerank.
Oh the wonder, I tried opening a blog at wordpress n putting nuffnang ads, but then keep getting error message..

Few months ago, I was worse than you. I didn’t even know what is adsense and Nuffnang. But I have put in a lot of effort in researching into all these stuff.
Actually my blog at the meanwhile cannot support Chinese. I will find and install the Chinese plugin on my blog very soon. Sorry for inconvenience!
