It really pissed me off but as you said, Google owns my blog. What I can do instead of whining is make a report to the blogger staff. Sadly those pictures have been deleted from my laptop. I look at the html format of the post, the pictures are still there, just they are not appear in the post. No idea why... As some peoples can view them, and some don't.
